Digital Products Policy:
All products sold on Mulder IT are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
No Physical Returns:
Mulder IT does not sell physical products. Therefore, returns involving shipment, physical handling, or exchanges do not apply.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be replaced
- Duplicate purchase was made unintentionally
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of technical knowledge to implement the product
- Misinterpretation of product features or scope
- Failure to read the product description prior to purchase
- Requests made after the 7-day eligibility period
Product Access Responsibility:
Once a product has been successfully delivered, the customer is responsible for securing and maintaining access to the purchased files.
Mulder IT is not responsible for:
- Loss of files after download
- Incorrect handling or modification of the product
- Compatibility issues outside the described scope
Technical Support Clarification:
Unless explicitly stated, purchases do not include ongoing technical support, customization, or implementation services.
All products are delivered as standalone digital assets.
Replacement Policy:
If a product file is defective or incomplete, Mulder IT will provide a corrected version at no additional cost.
Fraud Prevention:
Mulder IT reserves the right to refuse refund requests that demonstrate patterns of abuse, repeated claims, or suspicious activity.
Payment Disputes:
Customers are encouraged to contact Mulder IT directly before initiating any chargebacks or disputes. Unauthorized disputes may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
